Chevin Research A6000 2 x 3000W pro amp 4u

200w into 4r? and the power consumptions wrong too 5.3KvA max (unless thats per chanel?) and pretty light at 21Kg? am i missing something?

i wish i had the cash to buy it!!!

Them amps look wicked, i wonder how they compare to the rest?

there are a few typing errors in the specs, i have one of these & its a fantastic amp.

its 2000 watt @ 4ohm, not sure if the power consumption figures are correct but it does weigh only 23kg.

the sound quality of the chevin is superb, its very much like a massive hi fi amp in terms of sound.

as you can see its well set up for hard work,four fans & two 16 amp power supplies.

I really cant say enough good things about the A6000, if i needed another one i would happily spend a grand on one.

badboy amp- i have one, i love it. when the cashflow allows i will have a chevin only rack- just kickbass and mid to go [img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]

Boycey, do you find the Chevins have superior sound quality to any other amps you have heard? I find this to be the case mysel.

on my rig definitely, but bear in mind that my other amps are c-mark and qsc rmx [img]smileys/smiley2.gif[/img] it'd be good if there could be a sonic quality shootout organised, not just a "who's got the most grunt" iyswim?
