To me your driver can work good in a mid horn, but for the range of frequencies that you need to cover, a medium throw horn at least (to me 1 m it's the maximum) with a rear chamber of about 40-50 liters should be nice. But can't drop so low, even a port assisted horn should be a solution.
However the beyma plan should be a solution too, it drops so low and is pretty simple to build.

check the mth30, bigger than beyma but the top end is lower.
