Looks pretty good. I quite like the 18Sound plot too, slightly lower efficiency but still a nice response. Can't quite read which driver, is that the 12ND710?

Regarding the EQ, the simulation is probably not worth going on. At the lower end, you can probably do something clever with the crossover filters to flatten it out rather than needing to put an EQ point in.

Got any pics of the proposed flare? What kind of dimensions, dispersion are you looking at?

yes to the 12nd710 the horn mouth is 20cm in diameter, horn is 47cm long with a mouth of 44cm by 44cm......... the plotts are with out a phase plug, as a guide the plotts do look good, hopefully ill start on the build in the next few weeks.

Ive not got alot built in 2010 due to me building a new workshop at the end of my garden. not a big workshop 8 meters by 6 meters..... So i had to learn a new skill in brick laying lol....... but im happy.....

That's quite a small mouth really. Sounds like quite a narrow dispersion horn but being quite small I guess you can fit a few horizontally on a stack. Gonna need quite a narrow HF waveguide to match it. Or are you going for a 6"+1" above it?

the plan was a 6 and 1, i built 2 mt121 a year or so ago, and started playing around with 6" horns to fill the gap with a 1", i put so much time into the 6" i thought why not make a 12" too and have a design that i can call my own....... so i may be selling the mt's now...... depends on how it turns out..... smiley16

Just a small point, but just for standardisation, I would design any horn such that it would fit into a cabinet no more than 60cm or preferably 58cm wide. That being the industry standard dimension for cabs, racks and trunks. You might not be planning to pack them in a truck any time soon but if the design is good then others might.
