just wondering, how are these going to be spleyed if theyre square boxes? maybe make a tilt/spley board kinda thing?
also, the tse is 100mm short on the depth, what will happen in that bit? or do you plan to re-shape it?
also, will the HF go in the 15" mouth like on tms2 or above the MT121?

Might be easier for one of the HR "super heroes" here, to design kick section with TSE115'ish 15" kick performance as opposed to HD15.
With access/speakon/wheel panel at the back.
TMS-4 has Comp horn on top, so maybe leave it there?

As long as the 15" horn mouth is tall enough to still place compression driver just above average person's height.
