Newb Question about posting plans

I did look at the FAQ before I asked this. I didn't see anything that covered it.

Is it a MUST that I have already built any plans I post?

Can I post plans that a driver manufacturer has?

How do I upload attachments here ? The plans are in pdf format is why I ask.

No you can post them up, it may get people interested in building them.

Of course we strongly encourage upload of "legal" plans (Check www.freespeakerplans.com/resources/white...s/view-category.html and www.freespeakerplans.com/plans.html if the plans are not already posted).

BTW,they were already listed. They are the Selenium PSA plans. Looks like my confidence in the legitimacy of those plans was justified. I was just to late with them!

I have some links to some other cool plans on my favorites list that are not listed.
Would it be better to ask someone if they are acceptable before posting,or just post them and if need be a Mod would take them down?

Actually I am having trouble uploading,but I think I can figure it out! If I fail to don't laugh to loudly please ! I might want to PM you if I can't get it to work and if thats OK !
