Just found following specs,
Amp 8ohm Stereo 4ohm Stereo 2ohm Stereo
CFU-A3 880w 1.5 kw 2.2kw
Crest CA18 1kw 1.8kw 2.5kw
Were you driving 1x or 2x cabs per channel?
Do you have Ohm CFU-A4?

Got a bit of rack rash, and bent rack ears, but so far, the 8ohm stereo performance is superb.
Intend to get another one, so I can run 2x scoops per amp @ 4ohm bridged.

My proline 2700 was one of two pieces of rig,I should never have sold, the other was my 4x refurbed RX18s.
However the MPX1200 is second only to the EV P3000 (in terms of3K amps), so it was an upgrade.
Now, I just need to find 2x subs worthy of it.
