Interested in feedback on
1. Sound quality on sub,
2. Reliabity on 2.66 ohms stereo,
3. SPL vs Power consumption on 13A sockets/32A ring man

but i think pl380 does sound quite nice on subs, just not got quite enough drive behind it for the "bassochists"

brilliant @ 2 ohms too, and so much power on tap, actually too much power for 4 1850's per side smiley1

If you were to put a PL9 up against todays 10,000 watt amps, the PL9 will make them sound like 5000 wattssaul wrote: never heard pl9

You have always said your only issue with the amp, was it sounding hard on sub.
That just requires couple of "elements" in the chain, to shape the sub a "little".. :lol:

Many of today's 10,000 watt amps, are 5000 watts.. :lol:
