all i can say it is easy to improve on the smps amp out there
i have to improve on my old work
that has been the challange
clipping into 2 on the bench it draws 30amps
however the iec cannot do that for long.
at 4 ohms the iec can take it.
i used a case that i have several hundreds off.
i have one customer has been beta testing for 8 weeks running a pair of 2, 18s. at out door jobs.
so good results
do you have any of my amps?
No, I dont unfortunatly. I am almost ready to contact you about getting one. I was going to go for the str3000, but if this amp will do the biz on 4r perside (i need about 500w per cab) and also be alot lighter then i may try it.... then get a second one inthe futureto run them 8r perside.
Sounds fantastic, i have been waiting to hear about this ever since you mentioned it to me!

2 amps both bridged into 4 ohms driving twin 15" reflex boxes with 1100w BMS drivers.
These are usually driven from Bridged XTi4000's.
Hooked up the amps to my home system driving 8" Volts plus dome tweeter. Quiet as a mouse and no audible nasties at all, without the fan noise could live with them no problem at all.
