amp to run a 6 hom speaker?

hi, i have a eminence lab12 and want to build a vented box , just for my home system.
now, this is a 6 ohm speaker, and i need an amplifier for it... any suggestion?
oh, and... why the lab12 is 6 hom?

i thought to the crown xls 202D. what do you think?

xls series, really isn't very good qsx's rmx are better IFAIK, though just for a home set up you might want to consider something second hand? take a gander on ebay for used amps and in the for sale section here on sp
