out of those 2 drivers, i'd go for the B&C, with 10mm true xmax, and half decent BL, and mid qes/qts - should get a bit more out of it.
only thing is eminence scoops have a shallow chamber, so i think your driver will be too deep.
really would look into other drivers: find out if void v18-1000 can be shipped to you in the us...im sure they have a distributor out there
