D'Oh. Was the router bit loose? Looks like it was going deeper as it went along. I bet you felt like weeping after all that work. Bondo should make it right though. I imagine once it is hard you can round it over again if you sand it relatively flat first.

Yeah, the router bit came loose and chewed it a bit. Certainly put a damper on the day.......

Yeah my router is a POS. I have to hold the micro adjustment knob still with my thumb or else it sometimes randomly moves the blade up and down.

m8t its happend to most of us.... a fix, would be to take out a 5 or 10mm strip of the affected area, and glue in a new strip, re ply the ply, then round over again job done........
i had a 1/4 inch shank snap on me the other week, scary shit that, router bit just missed me and took a big chunk out of the wall..... felt very lucky.... i and the box was not harmed....
