Hello ! I have a small two man DJ business, and also play Bass guitar. This site really rocks. It's nice to meet you all.

I'd like to build a pair of sub cabinets to DJ with. I have four Eminence Delta-12LFA speakers to use. What would be a good cabinet for them to get some really good low end?

Looking at the parameters of the drivers you should be able to get a reasonable amount of bass from 50hz up out of them, How would you intend to use them? i.e. 2 drivers in one box?

If you need any more clues I could do you a quick pdf of a suitable box.

Absolutely loved the place and its people.

I would probably put 2 per box. Since they are 12", the box wouldn't be massive. This will be my first venture at box building. I for sure am not a Carpenter, but an Electrician by trade. I am looking to get a good low end. I run sound for a small 3 piece band occasionally, and would like to have a good thump to the kick drum.

A .pdf of a cabinet would be great if you dont mind. :thumbup:

As far as Texas, it's temps are on the rise as we speak. Some parts are already near the 100's out west. Glad you enjoyed it! smiley1

I have only been once and that was to do a vintage guitar show in Dallas. The one thing that sticks in my mind was that I was in Connecticut to start with and was knee deep in snow, we flew down to Dallas and 4 hours later we were in 80 degrees sunshine. That was weird. The city was smaller than I imagined.

i love your avatar.... reminds me of a holiday i went on in the south of france, we got caught up in the worst thunder storm ive ever seen.

Thats an actual lightning strike in one of our little thunderstorms that came thru one morning. I cropped it and thought it was a cool pic. We were in a drought last summer, and got caught up on our rainfall in a couple of weeks.

a bit like london then over the past week all its done is rain...... not like the flash floods you get.....
