Can anyone verse me on ASS MH1200 and BS1200 cabs. I'd like to know if they are any good........can they be used with scoops or are they designed to work by themselves. Can mh1200 perform kick duty?

Jason, Something that wasn't covered by our short conversation earlier. The MT cabs whether 502's, 602's or 1200's are only mid hi cabs. The BS 1200's are the 2x15 bass cabs. The subs that went under this lot were the Horn loaded 121's.

Sorry our call got cut short, Tony (T-mobile).
Apparently these so called mh1200 (which actually has no model no. on cab)were installed in the Leeds Town & country club.......2x 10's (similar to your m210 configuration) 1x jbl 2445 horn with a space above for another horn......ring any bells?
These cabs may go back before your mt series etc.......prototype or special build maybe, Tony?

I remember the guy they were sold to many years ago. They were a special made out of the standard 2x10 cab with the 7540 horn on top. A guy called Barry Newsby installed them in the Leeds club. Strictly a mid hi cab.

I thought the Leeds link would help. How would you say they differ to say, your other mid high cabs? Are they roughly the same size as mt502 or larger? Is the horn different?

Not sure about the difference between the different mid configuration. That cab and the MT's are very old, you would have to be in a position to AB them. One big difference is that the horn in the pic is only a 1" throat. whereas the MT's have have 2" horns. I think the 2x10's were 24" wide. The original 2x10 which was done around '76 was a 24" cube, although it might have been a little deeper.
