theres loads of gaps all over the place that all need sealing and your driver is mount on the wrong side of the baffle...
there should be a second baffle to which the driver sits to create a gap between it and the 1st baffle. this sis to stop the driver smaking the 1 baffle board and if you using a double piezo tweeter those things only really start to work at around 3.5khz and upwards.
now you have had a good stab at your 1st box built another one with all the pointers iv given you. THIS box will fall apart with a few load ins and load outs of a van/car.

Hmm I think I did do that second baffle I don't think the picture shows it. Like between the driver and the first one right??

i can see the speakers screw/bolt holes which means you more then likely havent... and its gonna be a sh!t to replace the driver built that why....
also all those gaps are not good for the cab. pressure is fundmental to a horn loaded design.

Ouch, MiniMad is totally right. The driver should be mounted on the back side of the baffle and the rectangular second baffle should be glued to the front of the circular baffle. Kinda looks to me as if there is no rectangular baffle in your pics. Not sure which plans you were going from but the Horn Plans diagram you can see it pretty well.

It looks like you are going to have to remove the horn segments to remove the driver. I would highly recommend doing this. The circular baffle in front of the drive creates the space to allow the cone to move without whacking into the rectangular baffle/horn throat. You driver will be destroyed quickly if you don't fix it.

So you're saying I should add the square part in? ('A' on the plans)

Well there is a reason it is there. I am not sure how different it will sound without it, but it is there to add compression as the pressure enters the horn, and to load a bit more evenly. It also forms the back wall of the dead space between the horn and the external wall. It looks like you have a panel on either side back there, so that may not be an issue, but you will need some build surgery to get on track with the plan. The gaps in your build can be filled with caulk, but the structure won't be as strong if you are off by even a couple millimeters.
