Help building rig for rave

Hello i am hosting illegal raves and am looking to build a rig loud enough to blow the ears of about 200/300 people. i have currently made a 15" super scoop bass bin containing a 1100 watt max 550 watt citronic speaker and have 2 ekho max 212s that are rated at 1000 watt each but are defiantly not that. i am looking for a good mid and top combo really i think my bass bin will do the job as it has a nice kick. can anyone give me any simple and cheap but cost effective plans please?
