Buy a track for me. was created by wafflesomd

Would someone be willing to buy a track for me. I can't seem to get a hold of it, due to licensing the track I'm trying to get can't be sold in the U.S.

It's stupid, and I can't see any reason why any artist would do this, unless they wanted to make less money.

I'm trying to get ahold of DJ Kentaro - Rainy Day (Qemists remix).

It could simply be that the licensing the remix artist obtained doesn't apply to the US?
