Some pictures of the former Adam gave me:

I am not using it, I am sure it can be useful to someone.

It's very nice and heavy, collection from west London.

Don't bin it

thats very usefull to someone

if you can build two sections that are securely fixed, and fit these to them, you can use a trolley jack to push them together

if you use a very quick glue even better

Anyone got any ply?

If you groove the shape of the horn in the cab, you don't need to preform anything. If you slide your panels in the grooves the ply goes into tension which makes it stiffer and less resonant,
