What do people think about PAP?

Looked like things got better once Mark joined them, but seems to have slipped back into slackness.

Can someone list some other good sources or proaudio kit?

I know of bluearan, any more?

I've never dealt with PAP, so I can't comment. I only know what I've read, most of which hasn't been good. I guess you only hear about things when it's gone wrong. They must successfully sell product into the market, otherwise they would go bust. Perhaps they don't have good cash flow. It's hard to manufacture and distribute at the same time.

They really can give 5 star service, "when they choose to".

In 2007, I paid for 3x V18-1200s in the afternoon on the phone, and they were at my house before close of business next day. Various other purchases, all despatched very quickly.

Mid 2008, I sold 4x V18-1000s for them to a mate of mine last year, all delivered when expected.

However things went a little pear shaped late 2008, wont go into details, but have'nt purchased anything from there since.

Whatever your line of business, it's hard to be all things to all men.

Phoned last month, it was like someone had just woken up answering the phone. Toatally evaisive about stock, "Send us an email".
No reply of course. Other occasions I been put on hold, cut off....
Tried to return an incorrect (my fault) re-cone kit 2007, rather than say they didn't want to they just cold sholdered me. Eventually after ages someone took the lead.
I will never deal with them again, they are totally unprofessional. No Void or P Audio here anymore. Shame, good products.
Service is all.

Fane are upping the game now, some interesting new cheapstuff as well.
