Not trying to put a downer on things, but I think the stairs will put people off.
I thought it would be turn up at the venue, wheel the cabs in, and away you go. It makes you think twice about what cabs to bring when you know there is a flight of stairs to negotiate.

i have enlisted the help of my bro and a m8t on the day they are willing to help with moving heavey boxes........ and both also dj for me so can spin a few tunes on the day as well.......
