It's unusual but not impossible. If the output devices have blown then failed open circuit, it's possible for the amp to continue running. Had the same thing with a Crest CA9 a while ago. The owner just said it wasn't sounding as good any more, the reason being it was only running on half the output transistors!

Happened to me with the same amp.. was the liquid in three of the blue things that popped......
Have still got the dead module. The amp was still runnin in bridge and sounded ok but I was told it would be putting out half the power with square waves..
What ya done with yours.

It's been fully repaired and serviced, and still in use. Not a bad amp, it's a pity it's so bloody heavy!
