My educated guess is that it works best in Cubo 18 Extended, but Í'll be able to tell you for sure this Sunday.

The 18.00 works best in Cubo Extended.
Must say, I personally would prefer the Ciare NDC 18-4 S over the 18.00, and on it's turn prefer the Beyma 18p1000fe over the NDC 18-4 S. In order they rely more on efficiency instead of (though) impressive Xmax capability, meaning you need less power for a certain SPL.

(small reflex, closed box or perhaps even open baffle as long as you keep close check on the excursion). Cubo 18 however is aimed at PA. All brands have better and lesser drivers (up to the point that you're scratching your head and asking why?!). I would rate both Beyma and Ciare as good brands.

I'm also curious about max continuous SPL from the cubo 15 / 18 ?
I'm currently looking into a ~140L net 40Hz PD186 1x18 reflex cab project. The winISD simulations are giving me an f3 of ~42Hz which I assume is close to that of the Cubos? I'd be using it for live bands (nothing bass heavy as dance) so thats as far as i need it to go down. I'm trying to decide if the larger cab size of the cubo is worth it?
Also is it possible to modify the Cubo designs to get closer to a width of 580mm. Its a nice width for packing vans
Thanks

Not that I’m aware of. It isn’t very high on my agenda. To be honest I don’t see the advantage.Do any true half space measurements exist for any of the cubo designs yet?
That depends on the specific 15” or 18” used. Typically in the 130 dB/ 1m region (add 10*log(power) to the sensitivity 101 – 102 db/w/m).I'm also curious about max continuous SPL from the cubo 15 / 18 ?
The increase in cabinet size will add 3 – 5 dB to the SPL.I'm trying to decide if the larger cab size of the cubo is worth it?
Not a problem. Every inch decrease in width will increase Fc-low about 1 Hz.Also is it possible to modify the Cubo designs to get closer to a width of 580mm
