Greetings, just signed up after a brief spell lurking... Am basically building a soundsystem as of ,well ,now i guess. Been hanging around/ d.j ing on/ and helping set up stacks for a couple of decades now and am finally taking the plunge and building one with a friend.... ( a big factor to that decision being that I moved to b.c from england a while ago and there is no d.i.y sound system culture here, that I'm aware of). Fortunately have a few people i'm in touch with who run sound systems (mainly sheffield based) so have managed to get a pretty good 4 way system planned out (practically) with some great advice from people in the know. Having said that this seems to be a great place to be asking questions and seeking advice. I look forward to some enlightening debate and advice with the rest of you. Thanks in advance.
