I am having trouble seeing where the 58.4cm x 2cm pieces go? can anyone help

I aslso see in the schematics that on the list of cuts its calls for a piece that is 58.4cm x 25cm but the picture diagram says its a 58.4cm x 25.5cm. which one is it?

Looks like an over the top of the horn opening

Either 25 cm or 25.5 cm will do. IIRC that's the only flaw in the plan. Even though you might think it isn't, it is.

The 58.4 x 2 cm piece is to be placed on the baffle (the panel with the speaker mounted in it) near the horn mouth. This completes that the grill is supported on all the edges. It can be kind of seen on the first five renders on the plans page, but especially on the third and fourth render.

Hi. I'm interested in this design for his universal nature, cos many drivers will work good in them. But, transportation wise, its not convenient because of cubic shape. What will be happen to response if cab is narrowed down to 50 cm?

The low end response and excursion will shift 5 Hz up, so it will become a 45 Hz and up enclosure, with the highpass best set at 40 - 45 Hz. Sensitivty from there and up remains the same. Over here in Holland there's quite a few of these kind of Cubo's around (but the owners are limited in numbers

I finished one cubo and have another on the way. I have only given it 250w so far (cheap 400w driver) and i would say it is only going to 50hz, still lower than my previous 15's. It's moving a lot of air too and i am impressed.
Can i get some rough spl estimates using android apps? Anyone have a favorite, theres quite a few.
