I had an oldschool Fane Studio in it, was very deep.
Mind you, the Staip Mk ONE mini with the V1200 was very low, proper sub, but not too controlled

I estimate internal chamber depth to be: 245 - (30+18) = 197mm, is this what you're using to estimate chamber volume ?
Would leave the duct out of sim for now, and just model scoop in 3 segments,
throat to first corner
first corner to start of horn mouth
mouth start to end of horn mouth
Graph should basically say small peak around 43hz, dip 50-65, steeply rising to huge peak at 80hz.
However excursion graph should state minimum excursion at 40hz, which is why small chamber scoops like pre-amps.. smiley23
first corner to start of horn mouth

throat to first corner (top right)
first corner to start of horn mouth? first top right corner expanding all the way to the mouth
mouth start to end of horn mouth?

When this cab is built H48", W24", 29"D, with approx 5" gap below rear baffle + corner bracing/deflectors, it gives stunning performance with these drivers and many similiar,
24"W is 610mm wide..
25"W (636mm) would be even better.
..and 22'' wide would get more on a truck

22" wide too skimpy... Min 24" wide.. 25" wide nice.
Dont forget most places only need 4x 1850 scoops to cover 400 people Mykey... smiley36

section 12 horn
section 23 horn
section 34 duct,
section 45 horn
section 67 horn
then horn till mouth
in section 34 there's the negative expansion I modeled it like a duct with these dimensions s3*s4/2 in akabak hd={h3} wd={width} len={h4/2}

The original Eminence illustration is not to scale, so incorrectly depicts panel placement.
Here's scale drawing Saul did last year showing this,
